Fire Alarm Systems

Fire Alarm Systems are not only a critical part of the life and safety defense line but they also ensure maximum protection of property. The responsibility and liability of service, maintenance and annual inspection rest with the owner of the building. To meet local city bylaws we recommend:

Monthly inspections

This can be carried out by the owner or authorized agent of the building. It might include steps such as making sure exits are clear of obstruction and checking for visual confirmation of the fire equipment onsite. If you have a Fire Safety Plan it might include guidelines, steps and a monthly inspection form.

Annual Fire Alarm Inspection

Annual inspections are carried out by trained and qualified technicians from local city fire supply companies. This will include inspection of every device once a year.
